TCPP: Tris(2-chloroisopropyl)phosphate, it is usually used as fire retardant, which is mainly used in polyurethane foam materials.Pure TCPP is a colorless, odorless, oily liquid.
Miscible with most organic solvents but insoluble in water and aliphatic hydrocarbons. It is hydrolytically stable and slightly decomposes in alkaline solutions. Non-toxic and non-corrosive.

Precautions for storage
If stored correctly and kept in the original sealed packaging, the product has a shelf life of at least 6 months.
This additive flame retardant, is widely used in the production of various materials such as soft and rigid polyurethane foams, epoxy resins, polystyrene, cellulose acetate, ethyl cellulose resins, phenolic plastics, polyvinyl acetate, and gun-grade foam sealants. It provides excellent flame retardancy, as well as plasticizing, moisture-proofing, and anti-static properties.
Especially recommended for rigid polyurethane foams, it offers excellent thermal conductivity and hydrolytic stability, making it particularly suitable for ASTM 84(II). When used in composite polyurethane foams, unsaturated polyester resins, and phenolic plastics, it exhibits low viscosity at low temperatures. It is often used in combination with antimony trioxide to enhance flame retardancy.
