Melt drawing heat-resistant stainless steel fibers: The raw material is stainless steel ingots. The steel ingots are melted into molten steel at 1500-1600ºC using an elactric furnace. Many grooves are carved out according to the requirements of the required steel fiber size. When the melt pumping wheel descends to the molten steel level, the molten steel is scraped out by the tank, thrown out by the centrifugal force rotating at a high speed, and cooled and formed at a very fast speed. Water must be passed through the melting wheel to maintain the cooling rate. This method can produce steel fibers of different materials and sizes according to customer requirements. It is mainly used in refractory castable for various industrial furnaces.
