Fiberglass alkali-resistant mesh is woven by fiberglass yarn as its basis mesh,and then coated by alkaline resistant latex. It has fine alkaline-resistant,high strength, etc. As an ideal engineering material in construction, it is mainly used to reinforce cement, stone, wall materials, roofing, and gypsum and so on.
We can produce any size mesh according to requirements of customer like different mesh size and weight per square meter.
We can supply special mesh as following:

Main process for fiberglass mesh production:
1.Materials:
Drawing fiberglass yarn by platinum crucible from glass marble.
2. Spining and beaming: twisted the fiberglass yarn into the desired ones for the mesh weaving.
3. Weaving: Set up a weaving loom,Feed the fiberglass yarn onto the loom or machine and weave the yarn into a mesh pattern according to the desired specifications. Make sure the tension is properly adjusted during this process.
4. Inspection: After weaving, inspect the mesh for any defects or imperfections. Remove any damaged or uneven portions as necessary.
5. Coating: Apply a resin coating to the fiberglass mesh for enhanced strength and durability.
6. Curing: Allow the resin-coated fiberglass mesh to cure in a designated curing area. This will typically involve controlled temperature and humidity levels to ensure proper hardening of the resin.
