Hooked End Copper Coated Steel Fiber is a high-performance metal reinforcement material specifically designed for concrete, especially Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC). It is made of high-carbon steel substrate through precision drawing, high-temperature copper plating and hook forming at both ends, with a straight middle section and hooks at both ends. It is the core reinforcement material for heavy-load, crack-resistant and high-durability projects, widely used in global infrastructure and industrial construction fields.

Core Features
- Hooked End Anchoring Design: The hooks at both ends form mechanical interlocking, which greatly improves the bond strength with concrete, significantly enhances the pull-out resistance, post-crack toughness, impact resistance and fatigue resistance of concrete structures.
- Copper Coated Anti-Corrosion Layer: The surface is uniformly coated with copper, which is stable in the high-alkaline environment of cement, effectively preventing rust and corrosion. At the same time, it improves the dispersibility of fibers in concrete, avoids agglomeration, and enhances the interface bonding force with cement paste.
- Ultra-High Tensile Strength: The tensile strength can reach 2000-2850MPa, and the elastic modulus is about 200GPa, which can significantly improve the tensile, flexural and shear strength of concrete, and effectively suppress the generation and expansion of cracks.
- Excellent Dispersibility: The copper-plated surface is smooth, allowing the fibers to be uniformly dispersed in concrete without easy agglomeration, which is suitable for pumping construction and large-area pouring, improving construction efficiency.
