1. Straight-line, Non-slip DrawingAdopts continuous straight-line drawing technology, no sliding between wire and drums. This avoids surface scratches and twisting deformation, ensuring consistent wire roundness and surface quality.
2. High Efficiency & SpeedEquipped with high-precision water-cooled drawing drums, variable frequency control system, drawing speed up to 6-15 m/s, greatly improving production efficiency compared to traditional pulley-type machines.
3. Durable & Low MaintenanceThe main body is made of thickened steel plate, the drawing drum surface is specially treated (hardened or tungsten carbide sprayed) for wear resistance. The modular design of the electrical control cabinet simplifies daily maintenance.
4. Safety & ConvenienceThe fully enclosed protective cover (orange hood) can be opened quickly with gas springs, making inspection and operation safer. It also has automatic wire breakage stop, overloading protection and other safety functions.
